The days leading up to the wedding can be hectic. So it’s better to just focus on what you need to finish and what to avoid doing. Such things you’d want to avoid include temptations or impulses to add and change something, perhaps because you’ve gotten a perfectionist bug at that moment. Best resist it. Here are some of those things to avoid when you’re in the crunch period before the wedding.

Heavy or Invasive Beauty Treatments
This is stuff like Injections, botox, laser treatment, and more. All of these things come with side effects that people don’t usually know about. These include swelling, discoloration, allergic reactions, peeling skin, and things that’ll ruin your wedding day looks. Make sure to keep beautification procedures safe and simple. Ask beauticians or other experts what can safely be done.

Hair Color Change
Changing hair color just a week before the wedding can throw a lot of things off kilter, most especially your planned hairdo. Remember some hairdos will look different based on hair color. Of course, it’s a good rule of thumb to change hair color only when the wedding arrangements call for it or allow it. Never do it as a way to “spice up” the wedding without telling the wedding beauty

Crash Diet
It is important to watch your figure so you could still fit into your wedding dress, but don’t crash diet as a way to do this. Just watch what you eat and be careful. Getting into a crash diet could even have side effects, and is after all unhealthy and dangerous. Better ask a trainer or nutritionist, or someone equally knowledgeable, in case you have worries, but often, it just involves common sense. Avoid stress-eating, too. This way, you can focus on yourself and your spouse to be.

Any Significant Wedding Changes
Last minute changes to major things – music to be used, decor theme, dress style – or even the minor ones – decor, menu choices, giveaways, etc. - will more likely than not create massive delays. And headaches. Avoid such changes unless absolutely necessary. And if necessary, keeping changes as small and manageable as possible is better. You don’t want things to go wrong just because the change you want upsets a lot of things.
